Qualifications

Transfers
Inter-unit transfer system with three workflow modes: full sim (3-stage approval chain), half sim, and instant. Position-aware with open/closed slot filtering.
Documents
Schema-driven document system with custom field types, approval workflows, revision history, file attachments, and printable views. Admin-defined document types with form builders.
Disciplines
Issue warnings, reprimands, probation, and suspensions with severity levels. Full approval workflow, expiry dates, and clearance tracking. Visible to officers on member profiles.
Leave of Absence
Members request LOA with dates and reasons. Optional approval workflow. Automatic member status management and qualification expiry extension on return.
Attendance & Analytics
Log attendance per operation, track participation rates, and view unit-wide analytics. Member health, award stats, qualification coverage, and ORBAT fill rates at a glance.
Notifications
In-app notification system for transfers, awards, rank changes, qualifications, disciplines, forum replies, and LOA updates. Live badge polling and admin broadcast by role.
Media Gallery
Upload images and embed videos with tag filtering. Configurable upload permissions by role. Thumbnail generation and admin moderation tools.
Search
Site-wide search across members, forum threads, and documents. Role-aware results ensure members only see what they have access to.

Detachment Hub

Radio Matrix
Group-wide Signal Operating Instructions. Assign frequencies and net names per unit or propagate group-wide emergency and long-range channels to all detachments simultaneously.
Discord Bot (coming soon)
Native Discord integration with slash commands for roster lookups, ORBAT queries, upcoming operations, and awards — plus automatic channel notifications for key unit events. Tier 2+.

Licensing & Verification

Licences are verified via PayPal and email using an authentication code tied to the unit, not the individual. If the account holder changes, it is the unit's responsibility to contact the service provider with the updated owner details, including the authentication code from the PayPal transaction.

This process will be streamlined in the future.
